KNOW YOUR COACH
Jennifer Angelone, M.A., LMHC
After almost 15 years in the mental health field, I know that the one-to-one relationship is by far the best part of my job. I have experience in every level of care in the field you can think of, but nothing has been more rewarding than coaching and counseling my clients through adversity so that they come out more empowered, more resilient, and more optimistic about their futures and THEMSELVES!

I received my Bachelors Degree from Loyola University Maryland in 2009 and then immediately jumped into the work force. I then earned my Masters Degree
from Assumption College, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child and Family Therapy. I have graduate certificates from Cornell University in Leadership and Wellness Coaching

I have specialized training in recreational therapy, experiential education, occupational therapy, and trauma-focused work while employed through a local non-profit. It was during that tenure that I became a guide with the Life Is Good Playmaker Project and have been embracing that work ever since 2013.

Since the beginning of 2023, I now provide short-term counseling to heart patients and their families through the wonderful organization Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation. It fuels and compliments the volunteer work I do with The Mended Hearts Inc. in their Young Mended Hearts program, providing peer-to-peer support, education, and advocacy about congenital and acquired heart disease and defects for those between ages 18 and 55.

My style blends all the amazing training I have received over the years in order to best serve my clients and their needs. I am flexible in my approach and will allow you to be the leader of your journey.
